The invention discloses a construction method of a cast-in-situ bored pile in unfavorable geology of a slope terrain. The construction method comprises the following steps: cleaning a site; constructing a pile foundation platform; pile testing; rechecking the bearing capacity of the pile foundation; embedding a pile casing; drilling holes; cleaning the hole; manufacturing, transporting and mounting a reinforcement cage; pouring concrete; and pile foundation quality detection. According to the construction method for the cast-in-situ bored piles in the unfavorable geology of the slope terrain, the construction organization is improved, a plurality of pile foundation platforms are built on different elevations through a step dividing method, a construction site is provided for mechanical equipment through the pile foundation platforms, the construction difficulty is lowered, and the construction period is shortened; and cost increase or construction period delay caused by uncertain factors in construction is reduced.
