According to the cable branch box installation foundation, the cover body is opened, a ladder climbs down a pipeline to enter the interior of the foundation shell, then branch cables are arranged through the cable arrangement sleeve, when the cable arrangement sleeve is used for arranging the branch cables, only the cable arrangement sleeve needs to be pulled to enable the rotating shaft to rotate on the inner side of the installation plate, and then the branch cables are placed on the inner side of the cable arrangement sleeve; and then the wire arrangement sleeve is loosened, and the torsion spring of the rotating shaft drives the rotating shaft to rebound and reset, so that the wire arrangement sleeve performs limiting compression on the branch cables, and the arrangement of a plurality of branch cables is completed one by one, so that the overall arrangement of the branch cables can be completed, the arrangement of the branch cables can be conveniently performed, and subsequent observation and maintenance of the branch cables are facilitated. And poor follow-up maintenance efficiency caused by disordered crossing of the branch cables is avoided.
