Support-free mounting method for single-layer latticed shell structure
The invention discloses a support-free mounting method for a single-layer latticed shell structure. The latticed shell structure comprises supporting columns, ring beams and an internal latticed shell structure. On the basis of a temporary jig frame system and a supporting column supporting ring beam, block hoisting spiral lap joint is adopted for the internal reticulated shell structure, that is, a previous hoisting unit is used as a supporting structure of a next hoisting unit, and non-support installation of the internal reticulated shell structure is achieved; the internal force and deformation of the structure in the construction completion state are basically consistent with those in the design state, and the installation method is novel, efficient, safe and economical.
本发明公开了一种单层网壳结构的无支撑安装法,该网壳结构包括支承柱、环梁及内部网壳结构;在临时胎架系统和支承柱支撑环梁的基础上,本发明的内部网壳结构采用分块吊装螺旋式搭接,即利用上一个吊装单元作为下一个吊装单元的支撑结构,实现了内部网壳结构的无支撑安装,结构在施工完成态的内力和变形与设计状态基本一致,该安装方法新颖、高效、安全和经济。

The invention discloses a support-free mounting method for a single-layer latticed shell structure.
