A connecting rod is arranged on the side edge of the bolt, a prying-resistant plate is arranged on the side edge of the connecting rod, a cast steel hand wheel is arranged on the side edge of the prying-resistant plate, and an anti-theft lock cylinder is arranged on the side edge of the cast steel hand wheel.
