Provided are: a glass ceramic dielectric material which can be fired at a temperature of 1000 DEG C or less and which has low dielectric properties and a high thermal expansion coefficient in a high-frequency region of 20 GHz or more; this glass ceramic dielectric material is characterized by containing a crystalline glass powder and an alpha quartz powder, the content of the crystalline glass powder being 50-90% by mass, the content of the alpha quartz powder being 10-50% by mass, and the crystalline glass powder containing, as a glass composition, 40-60% by mass of SiO2, 20-40% by mass of CaO, 15-30% by mass of MgO, 1-8% by mass of Al2O3, and 0.05-1% by mass of CuO.
本发明提供玻璃陶瓷电介质材料、烧结体及高频用电路部件,能够在1000℃以下的温度下进行烧成,而且在于20GHz以上的高频区域具有低介电特性和高热膨胀系数。本发明的玻璃陶瓷电介质材料的特征在于,含有结晶性玻璃粉末和α石英粉末,结晶性玻璃粉末的含量为50~90质量%,α石英粉末的含量为10~50质量%,并且,结晶性玻璃粉末以质量%计含有SiO240~60%、CaO 20~40%、MgO 15~30%、Al2O31~8%、CuO 0.05~1%作为玻璃组成。
