To provide a crystalline glass powder and a glass-ceramic dielectric material for making a sintered body and a high-frequency circuit member that can be sintered at a temperature of 1000°C or less without discoloring conductor Ag, and has a low dielectric loss tangent and a high bending strength in the high frequency region of 20 GHz or higher.SOLUTION: Crystalline glass powder of the present invention is characterized by, when heat-treated, precipitating, as main crystal, (CaxMg2-x)Si2O6 crystal (0.6≤x≤0.9) and (CaySr1-y)(Al2Si2O8) crystal (0.1≤y≤0.2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】1000℃以下の温度で導体のAgを変色することなく焼成でき、しかも20GHz以上での高周波領域において、低い誘電正接と高い曲げ強度を有する焼結体及び高周波用回路部材を作製するための結晶性ガラス粉末及びガラスセラミック誘電体材料を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の結晶性ガラス粉末は、熱処理すると、主結晶として(CaxMg2-x)Si2O6結晶(0.6≦x≦0.9)及び(CaySr1-y)(Al2Si2O8)結晶(0.1≦y≦0.2)を析出することを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
