本发明涉及一种石膏矿渣基超缓凝胶结料及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域,一种石膏矿渣基超缓凝胶结料由以下百分数含量的原料制备得到:普通硅酸盐水泥1%~10%,脱硫石膏10%~20%,矿渣粉50%~80%,复合激发剂0.8%~2%,生石灰0~2%,本发明能够显著延长胶结料的凝结时间,延长水泥稳定碎石的运输半径,实现施工时多层连铺,提高工作效率;大量利用矿渣和石膏,通过化学激发就可以使石膏矿渣胶结料强度达到使用要求,避免了对胶结料进行二次粉磨,简化了生产工艺;石膏矿渣胶结料用于水泥稳定碎石与普通水泥相比,体系微膨胀,抗折强度高,后期开裂少,摊铺压实后整体性好,层间结合好,提高路面工程耐久性。
