Self-water-reducing cement as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses self-water-reducing cement as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The self-water-reducing cement is prepared from the following raw material components: cement clinker, gypsum and a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent monomer. The preparation method of the self-water-reducing cement comprises the following steps: S1, adding an initiator, unsaturated acid, a chain transfer agent and a polyether macromonomer which are weighed in proportion into a beaker, putting the beaker into a water bath, keeping the constant temperature at 20-30 DEG C, adding deionized water, and magnetically stirring until a polycarboxylate superplasticizer monomer is completely dissolved in water to form a transparent solution, obtaining a monomer mixed solution; s2, adding the grinding balls as well as cement clinker and gypsum which are weighed in proportion into a grinding tank; s3, adding the monomer mixed solution into a grinding tank, and uniformly mixing the monomer mixed solution with cement clinker and gypsum; and S4, grinding by using a grinding machine, and drying after grinding to obtain the self-water-reducing cement. The self-water-reducing cement can be used as ordinary Portland cement.
本发明公开了一种自减水型水泥及其制备方法和应用,所述自减水型水泥的原料成分包括水泥熟料、石膏、聚羧酸减水剂单体。所述自减水型水泥的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、将按比例称量的引发剂、不饱和酸、链转移剂、聚醚大单体加入到烧杯中,并将烧杯置于水浴中,保持恒温20~30℃,加入去离子水,磁力搅拌至聚羧酸减水剂单体全部溶于水形成透明溶液,得到单体混合溶液;S2、将研磨球以及按比例称量的水泥熟料、石膏加入到研磨罐中;S3、将单体混合溶液加入到研磨罐中,与水泥熟料、石膏混合均匀;S4、使用研磨机进行研磨,研磨完成后进行干燥处理,即得到自减水型水泥。所述自减水型水泥可作为普通硅酸盐水泥进行使用。
