The invention relates to the field of mineral engineering, and discloses a method for preparing a cemented filling material by using desulfurized gypsum to excite coal gasification slag, which comprises the following steps: on the basis of sorting and cleaning the coal gasification slag to remove impurities and airing, carrying out ball milling to obtain coal gasification slag ultrafine powder for preparing the filling material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing and screening coal gangue by using a crusher to obtain coarse aggregate, medium aggregate and fine aggregate for preparing the filling material, and uniformly mixing cement, coal gasification slag superfine powder, coal gangue aggregate, an exciting agent and water to prepare the cemented filling material. The desulfurized gypsum excites the volcanic ash activity of the coal gasification slag, partially replaces cement to serve as a cementing material, and then is mixed with the coal gangue to prepare the cemented filling material. The problem that the volcanic ash activity of the coal gasification slag is low can be solved, and the problems of shortage of cemented filling materials and high filling cost in the cemented filling mining process are effectively solved.
