The invention discloses a manufacturing process of hybrid fiber regenerated roller compacted concrete with high and low elastic modulus. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: step 1, uniformly mixing cement, low-elastic modulus fibers, high-elastic modulus fibers, a high-efficiency water reducing agent and fly ash; step 2, adding water for concrete mixing into the mixture in the step 1, and stirring to prepare cement slurry; step 3, adding sand into the cement slurry in the step 2, and uniformly mixing to prepare cement mortar slurry; and 4, adding the rolled recycled coarse aggregate into the cement mortar slurry obtained in the step 3, and uniformly mixing to prepare the fiber recycled roller compacted concrete. According to the composite material prepared by the method, recycling and large-scale utilization of the recycled concrete can be realized, and the service life of projects such as roads and terraces can be effectively prolonged.
