The invention discloses a resin-permeable porous ceramic composite material and a preparation method and application thereof.The composite material is prepared from mixed powder of lead-free low-melting-point glass powder and silicate powder according to the mass ratio of (1-20): (80-99) as a raw material, two-time compression molding is adopted, sintering is conducted at the temperature of 500-650 DEG C, the Vickers hardness mean value of the material is 1.6 GPa or above, and the resin-permeable porous ceramic composite material is prepared. The average value of elasticity modulus is 25 GPa or above, the average value of fracture toughness is 1.5 MPa.m < 1/2 > or above, the defective rate of the material in production can be as low as 2.3%, and compared with an existing ceramic resin composite material prepared from silicate powder as a raw material, the defective rate of the material is obviously reduced, and the service life of the ceramic resin composite material is prolonged. The defective rate is reduced by about 50%, and the mechanical property of the material at the sintering temperature of 500-650 DEG C can be kept equivalent to or even better than that of the existing material sintered at the temperature of 700-800 DEG C.
