The resin-infiltrated ceramic composite material comprises a ceramic matrix with a porous network structure and resin infiltrated in the ceramic network structure, the ceramic matrix comprises tetragonal zirconium oxide stabilized by calcium oxide and tetragonal zirconium oxide stabilized by yttrium oxide in a molar ratio of 2: (1-4); the resin comprises epoxy resin, a methacrylic acid compound and a curing agent; the epoxy resin comprises bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol E epoxy resin and bisphenol F epoxy resin, and the mass ratio of the bisphenol A epoxy resin to the bisphenol E epoxy resin to the bisphenol F epoxy resin to the maleic anhydride modified methacrylic acid epoxy ester is (2-3): (1-2): (1-2): (1-2). According to the composite material, ceramic serves as a base body, the chelating resin in a permeation form can fully evidence a porous network structure of a ceramic body, the toughening characteristic is exerted, and meanwhile, the volume change in the composite material base body curing process is avoided.
