The asphalt pavement construction technology comprises the following specific construction steps that firstly, preparation before construction is conducted, a construction site is closed, a roadbed to be constructed is swept, cleanliness of the pavement to be constructed is guaranteed, residual branches and broken leaves of the pavement to be constructed are avoided, and synchronous gravel sealing layer spraying is conducted; the method specifically comprises the steps that firstly, modified hot asphalt is evenly sprayed to the surface of a roadbed, meanwhile, stone is spread through a synchronous chip sealer for spraying the modified hot asphalt, the sprayed modified hot asphalt and the spread stone are rolled through a rubber-tired road roller, the rubber-tired road roller is not lower than 26 T, and even rolling is conducted for 3-4 times. The raw materials are common, the price of the raw materials is lower than that of fine surface treatment materials, damage of pavement moisture to a roadbed through cracks can be effectively prevented, the hot asphalt can be used as a pouring sealant to prevent crack spreading, and the problems that the adhesion force of the materials is insufficient and the durability is poor are solved.
本发明提供一种沥青路面施工工艺,涉及道路施工技术领域。该沥青路面施工工艺,包括如下具体的施工步骤:首先对进行施工前准备,对施工现场进行封闭,并对待施工的路基进行清扫,保证待施工的路面的清洁,避免待施工路面出现残枝碎叶,进行同步碎石封层洒布,具体体现为:首先向路基表面均匀喷洒改性热沥青,同时利用喷洒改性热沥青的同步碎石封层车撒布石料,通过胶轮压路机对喷洒的改性热沥青和洒布石料进行碾压,胶轮压路机不低于26T,且均匀碾压3‑4遍。本发明的原材料普遍,且价格比较精表处材料便宜,能有效封住路面水分通过裂缝对路基的破坏,且热沥青能作为灌封胶阻止裂缝蔓延,也解决了材料黏附力不足、耐久性差的问题。
