The raw materials are common, the price of the raw materials is lower than that of fine surface treatment materials, damage of pavement moisture to a roadbed through cracks can be effectively prevented, the hot asphalt can be used as a pouring sealant to prevent crack spreading, and the problems that the adhesion force of the materials is insufficient and the durability is poor are solved.
本发明提供一种沥青路面施工工艺，涉及道路施工技术领域。该沥青路面施工工艺，包括如下具体的施工步骤：首先对进行施工前准备，对施工现场进行封闭，并对待施工的路基进行清扫，保证待施工的路面的清洁，避免待施工路面出现残枝碎叶，进行同步碎石封层洒布，具体体现为：首先向路基表面均匀喷洒改性热沥青，同时利用喷洒改性热沥青的同步碎石封层车撒布石料，通过胶轮压路机对喷洒的改性热沥青和洒布石料进行碾压，胶轮压路机不低于26T，且均匀碾压3‑4遍。本发明的原材料普遍，且价格比较精表处材料便宜，能有效封住路面水分通过裂缝对路基的破坏，且热沥青能作为灌封胶阻止裂缝蔓延，也解决了材料黏附力不足、耐久性差的问题。
