The invention relates to a construction method of a near-water V-shaped pier. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a bearing platform: pre-embedding a first pre-embedded part and a pin seat pre-embedded part at the top during the construction of the bearing platform; constructing a first section of pier column: pre-burying a second pre-buried part at the top of the center before concrete is poured; a main landing steel pipe pile is vertically arranged in the center of the first segment of the V-shaped pier and connected with a second embedded part, four auxiliary landing steel pipe piles are arranged at the four corners of the main landing steel pipe pile and divided into a left group and a right group in the bridge direction, and the two auxiliary landing steel pipe piles in the same group are installed in a near-V shape; the four auxiliary landing steel pipe piles are all connected with the first embedded part, a transverse connecting system is installed among the four auxiliary landing steel pipe piles, and a diagonal connecting system is installed between the main landing steel pipe pile and each auxiliary landing steel pipe pile; constructing the remaining segments of the V-shaped pier; and removing the mold and curing the concrete. The floor stand is installed on the bearing platform, and the supporting stability effect of the bridge is guaranteed.
