The invention provides a cast-in-place continuous box girder supporting system which comprises a triangular suspension supporting structure and a supporting pile structure which are used for supporting a cast-in-place box girder, the triangular suspension supporting structure and the supporting pile structure are both connected with a capping beam pier stud, and a construction method of the cast-in-place continuous box girder supporting system comprises the steps that a bracket is installed on the pier stud; erecting a stand column, a hoop and a transverse connecting system; mounting a longitudinal beam provided with a connector; two ends of a traction piece are respectively connected with the bracket and the longitudinal beam; according to the method, a triangular suspension supporting structure is utilized, the spanning capacity of the box girder is improved, a river channel is not occupied, the road space is not occupied, the overall stability and firmness are enhanced through the method that the pier studs and the supporting piles are jointly stressed, and the safety of the large-span girder is effectively guaranteed.
本发明提出一种现浇连续箱梁的支撑体系,包括用于支撑现浇箱梁的三角形悬吊支撑结构、支撑桩结构,所述三角形悬吊支撑结构、支撑桩结构均与盖梁墩柱连接,一种现浇连续箱梁的支撑体系的施工方法,包括在墩柱上安装托架;搭设立柱、抱箍、横向连接系;安装设置有连接器的纵梁;将牵引件的两端分别与托架、纵梁连接;搭设分配梁单元、支架一、翼板定型支架并进行预压,本发明利用三角形悬吊支撑结构,增加了箱梁的跨越能力,不占用河道、不占用道路空间,再通过墩柱与支撑桩共同受力的方法,增强整体的稳定性与牢固性,有效保证了大跨度梁的安全问题。
