The invention discloses a cast-in-place box girder supporting system and a construction method thereof.The cast-in-place box girder supporting system comprises a box girder pouring model, supporting mechanisms, a guiding mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a tray, the box girder pouring model is placed between the two supporting mechanisms, and each supporting mechanism is formed by assembling supporting legs, the guiding mechanism, the clamping mechanism and the tray; the tray is connected with the guide mechanism, the tray is supported at the bottom of the box girder pouring model, and supporting foot pads are arranged at the bottom ends of the supporting legs. A guide groove is formed in one side of each supporting leg, a screw rod is arranged in the guide groove, a liftable guide plate is arranged on the guide groove, a guide lug is arranged on the inner side of the guide plate, and the guide lug is in screw rod transmission with the screw rod, so that the guide plate can be controlled to ascend and descend on the supporting legs, the guide plate is connected with a supporting plate, and a tray is arranged at the top of the supporting plate; the tray is supported at the bottom of the box girder pouring model, so that in the lifting process of the guide plate, the box girder pouring model can be controlled to ascend and descend, and the box girder pouring model can be elevated without a crane.
