The anti-floating anchor rod comprises a basement bottom plate and a sleeve penetrating into the basement bottom plate, high-strength twisted steel is assembled in the sleeve, a cushion layer is assembled at the bottom end of the basement bottom plate, and the portion, located outside the prestressed twisted steel, of the interior of the cushion layer is sleeved with a steel sleeve; a connecting end plate is assembled at the top end of the twisted steel, and a stainless steel conical guide cap is assembled at the bottom end of the prestressed spiral steel; a rubber water stop pad is arranged at the top end in the sleeve and outside the prestressed spiral steel bar, and a water stop rubber ring is assembled at the top end of the rubber water stop pad; the external top end of the high-strength twisted steel is sleeved with a thread rib a at the lower end of the connecting end plate; according to the anti-floating anchor rod, the mode that the steel bars are anchored into the bottom plate to be fixedly connected is simple, construction is easy, tensioning is not needed, displacement changes caused by pressing deformation of the bottom plate and tension deformation of the steel bars of the anchor rod can be effectively treated through a combined component of the rubber water stop pad and the steel sleeve, and effective water stop nodes are formed.
