The hydraulic impact hammer is arranged above the super-long prestressed pipe pile, the crane is connected with a main lifting hook and an auxiliary lifting hook, the main lifting hook is connected with a main sling through a main lifting rope, and the periphery of the super-long prestressed pipe pile is annularly sleeved with the main sling; the auxiliary lifting hook is connected with an auxiliary sling through an auxiliary lifting rope, and the auxiliary sling surrounds the periphery of the super-long prestressed pipe pile; the crane lifts the horizontal super-long prestressed pipe pile from the stacking area to the lifting area through the main lifting hook and the auxiliary lifting hook, the main lifting hook and the auxiliary lifting hook are pulled upwards to stop pulling till the vertical super-long prestressed pipe pile is lifted to the position above the pile position, the super-long prestressed pipe pile is fixed through the hoop, the perpendicularity of the super-long prestressed pipe pile is controlled, and then the super-long prestressed pipe pile is lifted to the position above the pile position. And then the hydraulic impact hammer is used for punching, so that the super-long prestressed pipe pile can be sunk.
