The assembly type multi-stage yield buckling-restrained brace comprises a restraining component, a first-stage inner core and a second-stage inner core, the first-stage inner core and the second-stage inner core are embedded in the restraining component, the first-stage inner core and the second-stage inner core are connected, penetrate through the restraining component and extend outwards, first end plates are arranged at the two ends of the first-stage inner core, and second end plates are arranged at the two ends of the second-stage inner core. The first end plate and the second end plate are connected through the connecting shaft, the first end plate and the second end plate are in close contact at one end of the support, and a gap is reserved between the first end plate and the second end plate at the other end of the support, so that multi-stage yield is achieved. The problems that in the prior art, a multi-stage yield buckling-restrained brace component is difficult to replace, and the whole brace needs to be replaced when a structure is repaired after an earthquake are solved, and reutilization of the restraining component and the secondary inner core is achieved. 本发明具体涉及一种装配式多级屈服防屈曲支撑,包括约束构件以及在其内部与其嵌合的一级内芯和次级内芯,一级内芯及次级内芯相连且贯穿约束构件并向外延伸,一级内芯两端设置有第一端板,次级内芯两端设置有第二端板,第一端板与第二端板通过连接轴相连,在支撑的一端第一端板与第二端板紧密接触,在支撑的另一端第一端板与第二端板之间预留间隙,以实现多级屈服。本发明解决了现有技术中多级屈服防屈曲支撑构件难替换,震后对结构进行修复时需将整根支撑替换掉的问题,实现约束构件和次级内芯的重复利用。此外,本发明的构造简单,加工难度低,便于推广。
