Fabricated buckling restrained brace device
An assembly type buckling restrained brace device comprises an inner restraining device, an outer restraining device and an energy consumption device installed between the inner restraining device and the outer restraining device. After a strong earthquake, damage of the supporting device is concentrated on the energy consumption device, the inner restraining device and the outer restraining device are kept undamaged, and the repairing cost of the supporting device after the earthquake can be reduced. Besides, the series stress relation between the first energy consumption core plate and the second energy consumption core plate is achieved through the supporting device, the ultimate deformation capacity and the ultra-low cycle fatigue performance of the supporting device are remarkably improved, and then the assembly type buckling restrained brace and a self-resetting brace are jointly applied to a frame structure; the support does not need to be replaced after a strong earthquake, the structure can keep the normal use function, and therefore economic losses after the earthquake are reduced.
一种装配式屈曲约束支撑装置,包括内约束装置、外约束装置及安装于内约束装置和外约束装置之间的耗能装置。强震过后,该支撑装置的损伤集中于耗能装置,内约束装置和外约束装置保持无损,有利于降低支撑装置在震后的修复成本。另外,本支撑装置实现了第一耗能芯板和第二耗能芯板之间的串联受力关系,使支撑的极限变形能力和超低周疲劳性能显著提升,进而将本发明所提出的装配式屈曲约束支撑与自复位支撑联合应用于框架结构中,可以实现支撑强震后无需更换,结构可以保持正常使用功能,从而降低震后经济损失。
