The invention provides ceramic tile soaking equipment and method for constructional engineering. The ceramic tile soaking equipment comprises a frame structure, a lifting assembly, a rotating part and a clamping assembly. Water is added into the frame body structure, the lifting driving piece drives the lifting plate to move upwards, so that the placing frame moves upwards and keeps horizontal, a worker puts ceramic tiles into the placing frame, then the driving piece drives the first clamping part and the second clamping part to be close to each other, so that the clamping plate clamps the ceramic tiles on the placing frame, and the lifting driving piece drives the lifting plate to move downwards. After soaking is completed, the lifting plate drives the placing frame to move upwards, so that the ceramic tiles are moved out of the frame body structure, the nuts are unscrewed, the placing frame is rotated by personnel, the nuts are screwed down, and water on the ceramic tiles flows into the frame body structure from the strip-shaped opening; and when the nuts are unscrewed, the placing frame is kept horizontal and the clamping pieces lose clamping, the ceramic tiles can be taken away from the placing frame, so that great convenience is achieved, and a large amount of physical strength can be saved.
