The invention provides a method for rechecking the joint precision of a large-span pipe truss. During deepened design, two node units are cut out in the transverse direction to serve as main trusses, the two main trusses are spliced into a whole, a three-dimensional coordinate system is established, and a first support and a second support are constructed; a jig frame, a first support and a second support are manufactured, and upper chord members, lower chord members, diagonal web members, connecting rods and transverse brackets of the two main trusses are installed; adjusting the first support and the second support; the two main trusses are connected; and re-checking the mounting precision of the main truss. According to the method, the precision of the large-span pipe truss node is rechecked in a limited space through a transverse interception method; through the arrangement of the support, the height, the angle and the concentricity of all the components are accurately adjusted, operation is easy, and the working efficiency and the adjusting precision are improved; the device is scientific and reasonable in structure, can be flexibly adjusted according to practical application, is wide in applicability, can be repeatedly used, and saves a large amount of cost.
