The invention relates to the technical field of anti-crack concrete, in particular to anti-crack concrete and a production process thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1, proportioning the raw materials, and preliminarily mixing; step 2, crushing the stones and then washing the crushed stones with clear water; thirdly, the stone is put into a production device to be selected and screened; 4, putting the preliminarily mixed raw materials into a production device, adding a proper amount of clear water, and stirring; step 5, putting the selected stones into the stirred raw materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-crack concrete. The anti-crack concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of aggregate; 1-3 parts of an anti-cracking agent; 2-5 parts of carbon fiber; 20 parts of cement; 5 parts of clay and 10 parts of washed sand; and used stones and stones can be screened to produce concrete with uniform texture.
