The invention discloses a method for mineralizing and sealing CO2 from solid waste concrete, which comprises the following steps: preparing solid waste concrete: taking 50-79% of waste incineration slag as a main raw material, doping 1-30% of steel slag, adding a cementing material cement, uniformly mixing, adding water, stirring to form flowable slurry, and finally pouring and molding by using a mold to obtain the solid waste concrete; and mineralizing the solid waste concrete, namely putting the naturally cured solid waste concrete into a hot-stewed autoclave, curing in a 50% CO2/N2 atmosphere, taking out after curing, and cooling to obtain a solid waste concrete sample. According to the method, the solid waste is reasonably proportioned, traditional pure CO2 curing is replaced with low-concentration CO2 mineralization curing, incineration flue gas can be simulated to a certain degree to conduct mineralization curing on the solid waste concrete, CO2 is effectively sealed in the concrete, and the compressive strength and the carbon sequestration rate of a concrete product are improved.
本发明公开一种固废混凝土矿化封存CO2的方法,包括:制备固废混凝土:以50‑79%垃圾焚烧炉渣为主原料,掺比1‑30%钢渣,再加入胶凝材料水泥,混合均匀后加水,搅拌成可流动的料浆,最后利用模具浇筑成型,静置后脱模自然养护:固废混凝土矿化:将自然养护后的固废混凝土置于热焖高压釜中,于50%CO2/N2气氛中进行养护,养护结束后取出冷却,制得固废混凝土样品。本发明通过对固废合理配比,并利用低浓度CO2矿化养护取代传统纯CO2养护,可一定程度模拟焚烧烟气对固废混凝土进行矿化养护,将CO2有效封存于混凝土中,提高混凝土产品的抗压强度和固碳率。
