The invention belongs to the technical field of bearings, and particularly relates to a coal gangue-based high-temperature self-lubricating rolling bearing with high abrasion resistance and a machining method thereof.The machining method comprises the following steps that coal gangue is smashed, and coal gangue powder is prepared; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing coal gangue powder with a binder solution, putting the mixture into an annular mold, drying, sintering, and dipping in metal ions to obtain porous ceramic; sintering the porous ceramic in a reducing gas atmosphere to prepare a lubricating matrix; the inner ring is arranged on the inner side of the lubricating base body and sintered, and a first intermediate is prepared; dipping the intermediate I in a lubricating liquid, and cooling to prepare an intermediate II; and the rolling body assembly is installed on the inner side of the outer ring, the second middle body is arranged on the inner side of the rolling body assembly, and the self-lubricating rolling bearing is manufactured. The rolling bearing is improved by using the coal gangue, the high-temperature self-lubricating property and the wear resistance of the bearing are improved while waste utilization is realized, and the bearing is low in raw material price, simple in processing method, low in production cost and suitable for large-scale production and application.
本发明属于轴承技术领域,具体涉及强耐磨性的煤矸石基高温自润滑滚动轴承及其加工方法,包括以下步骤:将煤矸石粉碎,制备煤矸石粉;将煤矸石粉与粘结剂溶液混合,置于环状模具中,干燥后,烧结,置于金属离子中浸渍,制得多孔陶瓷;在还原气体氛围下,将多孔陶瓷烧结,制备润滑基体;将内圈置于润滑基体内侧,烧结,制备中间体一;将中间体一置于润滑液中浸渍,冷却后,制备中间体二;在外圈内侧安装滚动体组件,并将中间体二置于滚动体组件内侧,制得自润滑滚动轴承。本发明利用了煤矸石对滚动轴承进行改进,实现了废物利用的同时提高了轴承高温自润滑性、耐磨性,并且原料价格低,加工方法简单,生产成本低,适合规模化生产应用。
