The rotating shaft is arranged to be matched with the vibration mechanism, after concrete is poured every time, the shell is placed in a pile cap pit with concrete, an external motor is started, the rotating shaft is driven by a flexible shaft to drive a connecting plate on the surface of the rotating shaft to rotate at a high speed, and the shell, the connecting shell and the rotating shaft all generate vibration and transmit the vibration; in the rotating process of the connecting plate, the connecting plate makes contact with and is separated from the first spring piece repeatedly, when the first spring piece is separated from the connecting plate, the first spring piece recovers to swing towards the original shape under the action of the elastic force of the first spring piece, and therefore the first spring piece swings repeatedly, and the vibration strength of the shell is improved; and the number of the shell in the vibration propagation direction is increased through vibration generated by the first spring piece, so that the vibration range is expanded.
