The invention relates to a construction method of a secondary utilization metro station secant pile foundation pit supporting structure system, which belongs to the technical field of building construction, and comprises the following steps: S1, constructing three-surface three-axis deep stirring pile waterproof curtains and cast-in-situ bored fender posts except the side near a metro by a jumping method; supporting structures such as engineering piles, waterproof curtains, supporting piles, stand column piles, in-pit stirring piles and dewatering wells are constructed; s2, earthwork is excavated to the bottom elevation of the surrounding purlins, a first surrounding purlin and a support are constructed, the first surrounding purlin on the side adjacent to the subway is connected with the ring beam of the existing subway station, then a second surrounding purlin and a support are constructed, foundation pit earthwork continues to be excavated to the bottom of a foundation pit, and a basement cushion layer and a bottom plate are poured; s3, a replacement support is arranged between the subway accessory structure and a bottom plate of the commercial area, then the second support and the first support are dismantled, earthwork of the side wall of the foundation pit of the commercial area is backfilled, and the two basement body structures basically reach the stable state; and S4, corresponding support piles of the areas (entrances and exits and air shaft positions), needing to be communicated, of the subway accessory structure and the subway station are sequentially broken down layer by layer from top to bottom, and main structures on the two sides are poured.
