Cast-in-place pile integrity detection-sealing post-grouting composite system
The invention relates to a cast-in-place pile integrity detection-sealing post-grouting composite system which comprises a grout pressure device, an ultrasonic detection device, pre-buried pipelines and a grouting pipe. The pre-buried pipelines are symmetrically pre-buried in a cast-in-place pile and used for ultrasonic detection and grouting. The top end of the embedded pipeline extends out of the cast-in-place pile and is connected with a slurry pressure device, and a water inlet is further formed in the top end of the embedded pipeline. The method has the beneficial effects that the embedded pipelines are arranged in all the cast-in-place piles, the multiple pipe joints of the embedded pipelines are connected through the sounding sleeves, when clean water is injected into the embedded pipelines, the embedded pipelines can serve as sounding pipes to be used for ultrasonic detection of pile foundation integrity, and the sounding sleeves serve as detection points of ultrasonic detection; meanwhile, the mud jacking pipe with the pressure valve is arranged between the bottoms of the pre-buried pipelines, when mud jacking is carried out, the pressure valve is automatically opened through mud jacking pressure, the pre-buried pipelines can be used as mud conveying pipes between the mud jacking pipe and the mud pressure device, and efficient utilization of the pre-buried pipelines is achieved.
本发明涉及一种灌注桩完整性检测‑封闭后压浆复合系统,浆液压力装置、超声波检测装置、预埋管道和压浆管,预埋管道对称地预埋在灌注桩内,用于超声波检测和压浆;预埋管道的顶端伸出灌注桩上方并连接浆液压力装置,预埋管道顶端还设有进水口。本发明的有益效果是:在所有的灌注桩内均设置了预埋管道,预埋管道的数个管节通过声测套管连接,当预埋管道内注有清水时可作为声测管用于桩基完整性的超声波检测,声测套管作为超声波检测的测点;同时在预埋管道底部之间设置带压力阀的压浆管,当进行压浆时,压浆压力使压力阀自动打开,预埋管道可以作为压浆管和浆液压力装置之间的输浆管使用,实现预埋管道的高效利用。
