The invention provides a construction method for dismantling and reinstalling a large-span cylindrical shell net rack. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, surface leveling and rolling treatment are conducted on a paving layer foundation in the cylindrical shell net rack; s2, a scaffold structure is erected on the paving layer foundation, and the erecting of the scaffold structure comprises two stages: in the first stage, a starting section scaffold is erected at the starting position of the cylindrical shell net rack, and after the erecting operation of the starting section scaffold in the first stage is completed, the cylindrical shell net rack in the starting section area is dismantled; and the second-stage middle-section scaffold erecting operation is synchronously conducted, and the middle-section scaffold is erected towards the interior of the barrel shell net frame with the end of the starting-section scaffold as the reference. The starting section scaffold and the middle section scaffold are erected in a segmented mode, synchronous construction of barrel shell net rack dismantling and scaffold erecting is achieved, and the construction efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, a certain construction space is reserved between the dismounting span and the mounting span.
本发明提供了一种大跨度筒壳网架拆除、重装的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:对筒壳网架内部的铺筑层基础进行表面平整并碾压处理;S2:在所述铺筑层基础上搭设脚手架结构,对所述脚手架结构的搭设包括两个阶段:第一阶段在所述筒壳网架起点位置处搭设起步段脚手架,第一阶段的所述起步段脚手架搭设作业完成后进行对该起步段区域的筒壳网架拆除作业,同步进行第二阶段的中间段脚手架的搭设作业,以所述起步段脚手架的端部为基准朝筒壳网架内部搭建中间段脚手架。本发明通过将起步段脚手架和中间段脚手架分段搭设,实现筒壳网架拆除和脚手架搭设同步施工,提高施工效率。同时在拆除跨与安装跨之间预留一定的施工空间。
