The embodiment of the invention provides a construction method of a large-span net rack starting rack. The construction method comprises the steps that basic parts including bolt balls, chord members and web members are spliced into combined units; all the combined units are spliced on the ground according to design parameters to obtain an A-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack and a B-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack; the A-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack and the B-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack are hoisted through a crane, in the hoisting process, the free end of the A-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack is arranged on a first starting rack support, the butt joint end of the A-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack is hoisted to the position above a butt joint point, the free end of the B-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack is arranged on a second starting rack support opposite to the first starting rack support, and the butt joint end of the B-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack is hoisted to the position of the butt joint point; and the butt joint end of the A-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack is lowered to the position of the butt joint point, and the butt joint end of the A-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack and the butt joint end of the B-section starting cross-arc-shaped net rack are in aerial butt joint. By applying the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明实施例提供了一种大跨度网架起步架的施工方法,包括:将基础零部件螺栓球、弦杆以及腹杆拼接为组合单元;在地面上利用各个组合单元按照设计参数进行拼装得到A段起步跨弧形网架和B段起步跨弧形网架;利用起重机吊起A段起步跨弧形网架和B段起步跨弧形网架,吊装过程中A段起步跨弧形网架的自由端置于第一起步架支座上、对接端吊至对接点上方,B段起步跨弧形网架的自由端置于与第一起步架支座相对的第二起步架支座上、对接端吊至对接点位置处;将A段起步跨弧形网架的对接端下放至对接点位置处,并将A段起步跨弧形网架的对接端与B段起步跨弧形网架的对接端进行空中对接。应用本发明实施例提供的方案,能够提高施工效率。
