Oxygen plasma modified carbon fiber composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an oxygen plasma modified carbon fiber composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: providing oxygen plasma modified carbon fibers; providing mineral-based slurry; the mineral-based slurry is contained in a slurry tank of a dipping device, the modified carbon fibers vertically and alternately penetrate through rollers of the dipping device and are pulled out through a conical nozzle at the outlet end of the slurry tank, and rod-shaped carbon fibers are formed; and air-drying and curing the rod-like carbon fibers to obtain the oxygen plasma modified carbon fiber composite material. According to the invention, the bonding degree between the carbon fiber and the matrix can be improved, and the problem of poor impregnation effect of the mineral coating is improved.
本发明提供一种氧气等离子改性的碳纤维复合材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括:提供氧气等离子改性碳纤维;提供矿物基浆液;将所述矿物基浆液盛置于浸渍装置的浆液槽中,将所述改性碳纤维上下交替地穿过浸渍装置的辊,并经浆液槽出口端的锥形喷嘴拉出,形成棒状碳纤维;所述棒状碳纤维风干养护后,得到氧气等离子改性的碳纤维复合材料。本发明可以提高碳纤维与基体间的粘结程度,改善矿物涂层浸渍效果不佳的问题。
