The invention discloses a big data-based energy-saving water purification system, which comprises a lifting unit, a rotating base with a windward plate, a rotating transmission unit, an operation unit, an active rotating unit, a visual module, a display alarm unit and a data processing module, the visual module is used for identifying rotation of the rotary base and the water surface fallen leaf condition, and the data processing module is used for analyzing and calculating data information collected by the positioning module and the visual module. The system has the advantages that natural wind is mainly used for driving to achieve collection of fallen leaves on the water surface, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, the system adopts the positioning module to achieve lifting of the whole device and keep the reasonable height from the water surface, the vision module is adopted to achieve active driving operation of the standby servo motor, timeliness and accuracy of fallen leaf collection are guaranteed, and the system is suitable for popularization and application. In addition, a pressed module is adopted to monitor the rotary filter cartridge in real time, and it is ensured that the collecting inner cartridge is replaced in time.
