Compared with the prior art, by arranging the particle structure control agent, formation of tiny and dispersed calcium silicate hydrate crystal nucleuses and calcium aluminosilicate hydrate crystal nucleuses can be controlled, formation of cement calcium silicate hydrate and calcium aluminosilicate hydrate crystals is promoted, and the effect of greatly improving the early strength of cement is achieved; in addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the early-strength cement grinding aid.
