Preparation method of self-carbonized recycled aggregate concrete
The invention provides a preparation method of self-carbonized recycled aggregate concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding polylactic acid into an ethyl acetate solvent, dissolving, and mixing to form a polylactic acid solution; dispersing and adding sodium bicarbonate powder into the polylactic acid solution, and stirring, so that sodium bicarbonate is uniformly distributed in the polylactic acid solution; adding the polylactic acid solution in which sodium bicarbonate is uniformly distributed into a water phase containing a surfactant, stirring at a high speed, and emulsifying to form an O/W emulsion; the O/W emulsion is subjected to solvent volatilization under stirring, so that polylactic acid is cured, and microcapsules wrapping sodium bicarbonate are formed; after centrifuging, filtering and settling, separating and collecting the formed sodium bicarbonate microcapsules, washing and drying; uniformly mixing the sodium bicarbonate microcapsules, the cement and the mineral admixture to obtain a cementing material; and providing the recycled fine aggregate to prepare the self-carbonized recycled aggregate concrete. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, short in period and low in cost, and has a relatively good market application prospect.
本发明提供了一种自碳化再生骨料混凝土的制备方法,制备方法包括:将聚乳酸加入乙酸乙酯溶剂中溶解,混合形成聚乳酸溶液;将碳酸氢钠粉末分散加入聚乳酸溶液中搅拌,以使碳酸氢钠均匀分布在聚乳酸溶液中;将均匀分布碳酸氢钠的聚乳酸溶液加入含有表面活性剂的水相中,通过高速搅拌,乳化形成O/W乳液;将所述O/W乳液在搅拌下进行溶剂挥发,以使聚乳酸固化,形成包裹碳酸氢钠的微胶囊;通过离心、过滤和沉降后,分离并收集形成的碳酸氢钠微胶囊,进行洗涤和干燥;将碳酸氢钠微胶囊、水泥和矿物掺合料均匀混合得到胶凝材料;再提供再生细骨料,制备得到自碳化再生骨料混凝土。本发明的制备方法简单,周期短,成本低,具有较好的市场应用前景。
