High-porosity filling material capable of quickly and efficiently cementing gangue and preparation method of high-porosity filling material
The invention relates to the field of coal mine filling mining, in particular to a high-porosity filling material for rapidly and efficiently cementing gangue and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: paving a layer of coal gangue at the bottom of a mold, and spraying a quick-cementing cementing material through a pressurizing spray head; repeating the previous steps to lay the coal gangue layer by layer and spray the quick-bonding cementing material layer by layer until the top of the mold is reached, and covering the upper sealing cover of the mold; pouring a quick-cementation cementing material into the mold at a static pressure until the quick-cementation cementing material appears at the bottom of the mold; and standing for 0.5 h to obtain the high-porosity filling material. Testing the porosity and the uniaxial compressive strength; changing the target porosity of the high-porosity filling material by changing the particle size grading of the coal gangue, repeating the steps, and establishing a prediction model between the porosity and the uniaxial compressive strength; and screening out the grain size grading of the coal gangue corresponding to the high-porosity filling material with the porosity not lower than 20% and the uniaxial compressive strength not lower than 0.14 MPa.
