Method for rapidly and efficiently preparing CGIF chemical foaming high-porosity filling material
The invention discloses a rapid and efficient CGIF chemical foaming high-porosity filling material preparation method, which specifically comprises: crushing 75-85 parts of coal gangue into an aggregate with a particle size of 0-5 mm, and placing in a pressure container with a stirring device; then adding 10-15 parts of cement and 0-5 parts of steel slag powder into a stirrer, starting to stir, and then adding 2-5 parts of water, 0-5 parts of a chemical foaming agent and 0-2 parts of a foam stabilizer; and continuously stirring for 2-5 minutes, pouring out the CGIF material, and foaming for 30-90 minutes to obtain the high-porosity CGIF filling material. A chemical foaming technology is utilized, sodium bicarbonate and hydrogen peroxide serve as foaming agents, the high-porosity chemical foaming CGIF material is prepared, and a new material is expected to be provided for solid waste utilization, green filling and carbon dioxide underground mineralization sealing storage.
本发明公开了一种快速高效CGIF化学发泡高孔隙充填材料制备方法,具体方法为:将75‑85份煤矸石破碎成粒径为0‑5mm的骨料,并置于带搅拌装置的压力容器中;然后将10‑15份水泥、0‑5份钢渣粉加入到搅拌器中并开始搅拌,随后加入2‑5份水和0‑5份化学发泡剂和0‑2稳泡剂;持续搅拌2‑5分钟后将CGIF材料倒出,发泡30‑90分钟后获得高孔隙CGIF充填材料。其利用化学发泡技术,以碳酸氢钠和双氧水作为发泡剂,制备高孔隙率化学发泡CGIF材料,以期为固废利用、绿色充填、二氧化碳井下矿化封存提供一种新的材料。
