Plant fiber cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a plant fiber cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof.The composite material is mainly formed by mixing pretreated plant fibers, a cementing material, sand, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and water, and the preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, after being soaked in a hot alkali solution, the plant fibers are washed to be neutral and dried, the plant fibers are soaked in a neoprene latex solution, and the soaked plant fibers are dried; after air drying, sieving to obtain pretreated plant fibers; (2) slowly stirring cement, fly ash and sand to be uniform, adding the pretreated plant fibers, slowly stirring to be uniform, then adding a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and quickly stirring to be uniform, so as to obtain a composite material mixture; and (3) pouring the composite material mixture into a mold brushed with engine oil, inserting and tamping by using a spatula, troweling, scraping redundant laitance on the surface of the mold, standing, removing the mold, and maintaining, so as to obtain the plant fiber cement-based composite material. The plant fibers are modified, so that the breaking strength, toughness and other properties of the composite material are improved, and the mechanical properties of the composite material are further improved.
本申请公开了一种植物纤维水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料主要由预处理植物纤维、胶凝材料、砂、聚羧酸减水剂及水混合而成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)用热碱溶液浸泡植物纤维后,洗至中性烘干,在氯丁胶乳溶液中浸渍,风干后过筛得预处理的植物纤维;(2)将水泥、粉煤灰、砂慢速搅拌至均匀,加入预处理的植物纤维慢速搅拌至均匀,再加入聚羧酸减水剂,快速搅拌均匀,即得复合材料拌合物;(3)将复合材料拌合物倒入刷好机油的模具中,用抹刀插捣后抹平,刮去模具表面多余浮浆,静置后拆模养护,即得植物纤维水泥基复合材料。本申请对植物纤维进行了改性处理,提升了复合材料的抗折强度、韧性等性能,进而改善了复合材料的力学性能。
