Shrinkage and viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducer as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and provides a shrinkage-reducing viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid water reducer and a preparation method and application thereof, and the water reducer comprises an unsaturated polyether macromonomer, an unsaturated acid monomer, a shrinkage-reducing functional monomer, a viscosity-reducing functional monomer, an initiator, a chain transfer agent and deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing a mixed solution of a reduction component and a chain transfer agent, a mixed solution of an unsaturated acid monomer, a shrinkage-reducing functional monomer and a viscosity-reducing functional monomer, and a solution of an unsaturated polyether macromonomer, mixing the solutions, completing a polymerization reaction, and adjusting the pH value to 6-7 to obtain the shrinkage-reducing viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The preparation method is simple, safe and environment-friendly, and other admixtures such as shrinkage reducing agents, expanding agents or retarders are not required to be compounded. The shrinkage and viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducer is used for reducing the shrinkage rate of concrete, the solid mixing amount of the water reducer accounts for 0.1%-0.3% of the mass of a cementing material, and the concrete can have good workability.
