The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a construction method for reinforcing a complex stratum through grouting steel pipe piles. The constructionmethod comprises the following steps of (1) tamping a site, ensuring that the site is flat, and performing measuring and positioning; (2) using a drilling machine for drilling at the positioned position to form pile holes; (3) inserting grouting pipes into the bottoms of the pile holes and injecting slurry by adopting a hole bottom slurry return method until pure slurry emerges from hole openingsof the pile holes, and then stopping grouting; and (4) installing steel pipes at the positions of the pile holes. The construction method has the advantages of short curing time and excellent mechanical properties.
