The invention provides equipment and a method for plugging and repairing a large crack or a pit slot with flowing water, an anti-overflow cover plate is arranged at the top of the hole slot, a convex slot is formed in the anti-overflow cover plate, and a reserved round hole is formed in the convex slot; comprising a strip-shaped magnet, an electromagnet, a first glass fiber sleeve and a grouting round pipe, wherein a round hole is reserved in the center of the strip-shaped magnet; a slurry outlet hole is formed in the lower end of the grouting circular pipe, and a magnetic particle channel is formed in the grouting circular pipe; comprising magnetized waste iron particles, a milk-like flux linkage and a flux linkage string, comprising a second glass fiber sleeve, a magnetic rod, a buffer bag and a grouting anchor rod. The device further comprises a magnetic shielding cover and a magnetic cage. According to the equipment and the method, aiming at a new technology for plugging and repairing larger cracks and pits, the magnetic mortar is converged from the periphery to a magnetic source under the action of a magnetic field and is closely occluded to form a whole which is compactly bonded with a hole wall, so that the filling effect of the hole is improved, and meanwhile, the equipment and the method have the effect of plugging a water head; a dense anchoring body is formed in a large space range under the flowing water condition for repairing.
