A reinforcement cage is placed in a pile core of the precast pile foundation, and pile core concrete is poured to the position 200 mm below the pile top elevation; after pile core concrete is finally set, cement-based permeable crystals are brushed, and after the cement-based permeable crystals are dried, water-swelling water stopping strips are placed around the pile core; pile core concrete is poured to the pile top elevation; after pile core concrete is finally set, the pile top, the pile side and the pile periphery are coated with cement-based permeable crystals; after the cement-based permeable crystals are dried, non-cured rubber asphalt is coated in a blade mode, a waterproof coiled material is pasted, and after the waterproof coiled material is laid, the reinforcing steel bars are sleeved with water-swelling water stop rings. Effective waterproof treatment is carried out on the precast pile core and the pile head, the effectiveness of a flexible waterproof system is guaranteed, and the hidden danger of basement leakage is reduced.
