Precast pile construction method
The invention is applicable to the technical field of precast pile construction, and provides a precast pile construction method which comprises the following steps: vertically sinking a front precast pile until the height of the upper end of the front precast pile protruding out of the ground reaches a preset welding height; a hole guiding drill bit of a hole guiding machine penetrates through a pile hole of the front prefabricated pile, and the hole is guided to the preset hole depth; and a rear precast pile is welded to the upper end of the front precast pile, and the rear precast pile is vertically sunk. According to the construction method, the front precast pile is firstly sunk, the front precast pile is reserved with a certain welding height, then the hole is led to the preset hole depth in the pile hole of the front precast pile, and finally the rear precast pile is welded to the front precast pile and is sunk, which is equivalent to that the precast pile is constructed in multiple sections; and before the rear section and the front section are welded and the pile is sunk, the rear section of the pile can be sunk conveniently by guiding a hole, so that even the precast pile with a larger diameter can smoothly penetrate through a sand layer in soil to be sunk to a preset depth.
本发明适用于预制桩施工技术领域,提供了一种预制桩施工方法,预制桩施工方法包括:将前置预制桩垂直沉桩,直至所述前置预制桩上端凸出地面的高度达到预设焊接高度;使引孔机的引孔钻头贯穿所述前置预制桩的桩孔,并引孔到预设孔深;将后置预制桩与所述前置预制桩上端焊接,并将所述后置预制桩垂直沉桩。本申请通过先将前置预制桩沉桩,并使前置预制桩留有一定的焊接高度,然后在前置预制桩的桩孔内引孔到预设孔深,最后使后置预制桩与前置预制桩焊接并使后置预制桩沉桩,相当于将预制桩分多段进行施工,且在后一段与前一段焊接并沉桩之前,会先引孔方便后一段桩沉桩,从而即使较大直径的预制桩也能够顺利穿过土壤中的砂层以沉桩至预设深度。
