The invention provides a building foundation pile hole karst cave detection device which comprises a bearing ring, a detection cable and a mud scraping assembly, the periphery of the bearing ring is supported on the ground through a supporting assembly, the supporting assembly comprises a main supporting rod, the mud scraping assembly comprises a guide disc, the periphery of the guide disc is supported on the main supporting rod through an auxiliary supporting rod, and a guide hole is formed in the surface of the guide disc. Mud scraping grooves are formed in the periphery of the guide hole, the lower end of the detection cable is electrically connected with the detection head, and the upper end of the detection cable sequentially penetrates through the bearing ring and the guide hole corresponding to the mud scraping assembly and then extends outwards. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, even if sludge and dust in a pile hole cover the surface of the detection cable, the sludge and dust attached to the surface of the detection cable can be scraped by the sludge scraping groove formed in the surface of the guide disc when the detection cable is collected, so that the self load of the detector is prevented from being increased, and the ascending speed or the descending speed of the detector is kept relatively uniform.
