The invention relates to the technical field of hydropower station reservoir cleaning equipment, in particular to a hydropower station reservoir sludge and sundry monitoring and cleaning device which comprises a carrying cylinder, the upper end of the carrying cylinder forms a sundry collecting cavity through a mesh protection cover and a top matching frame, and the sundry collecting cavity is used for collecting sundry, a sludge storage cavity which is isolated from the collecting cavity through a sludge filtering membrane and used for collecting sludge is formed in the middle of the carrying cylinder, and the bottom of the sludge storage cavity is connected with a sludge suction device used for sucking the sludge through a sludge suction pipe. According to the device designed by the invention, rapid steering movement can be realized by utilizing a special matching structure of the rotating frame and the carrying cylinder, so that sludge and sundries are rapidly cleaned, real-time monitoring can be realized, and meanwhile, manual remote operation can be realized; therefore, the situation that manual field operation needs to face various weather conditions is effectively avoided, and the equipment is high in cleaning efficiency and easy to maintain and operate.
