The adjusting mechanism comprises a coating connecting port, an adjusting knob, a sealing belt, an adjusting embedding plate, a leakage-proof movable clamping plate, a reset spring, a movable groove, a fixing ring and a fixing groove, and the periodic spraying mechanism is arranged outside the combined protective cover and comprises a coating tank, a coating connecting port, a vertical spraying pipe and a horizontal spraying pipe. By means of the structure, the distance between the mechanisms can be adjusted, meanwhile, the combination shape of the adjusting mechanisms can be changed by adjusting the distance, and therefore the main beam fixing device adapts to fixing of main beams of different models; and paint is sprayed to the joint of the device according to a preset cycle period, and the device can adapt to I-shaped steel of different models through fine adjustment.
