The automatic coating nozzle mechanism comprises a mechanical wrist connected with the coating robot or a mechanical arm, and a moving arm is arranged on the mechanical wrist; the mechanical wrist comprises a wrist handle and a special-shaped rail arranged on the wrist handle. The special-shaped rail comprises a special-shaped rail curve section, a special-shaped rail linear section and a special-shaped rail telescopic section arranged at the end of the special-shaped rail linear section in a telescopic mode. A nozzle A and a nozzle C are correspondingly arranged at the end A and the end C of the moving arm respectively, and a nozzle B is arranged at the position B between the end A and the end C; the lower surface of the A end is provided with an A end round sliding block which is inserted into a track of a linear section of the special-shaped track and can slide in the track and eject out of a telescopic section of the special-shaped track. The lower surface of the position B is provided with a position B pushing sliding block which is inserted into the curved section track of the special-shaped track and can slide in the curved section track. And a reversing pushing device is arranged on the wrist handle.
