The invention discloses a variable-radian roof slip form device and a construction method thereof. The variable-radian roof slip form device comprises two arc-shaped guide rails which are oppositely arranged; sliding pieces are installed on the two opposite sides of the mold box correspondingly and arranged on the arc-shaped guide rails in a sliding mode, and a plurality of strip-shaped holes are formed in the bottom of the mold box; the unit structures comprise unit plates, first driving rods which are vertically arranged and are adjustable in length and second driving rods which are obliquely arranged and are adjustable in length, the unit plates are arranged below the mold box and are arranged in the width direction of the arc-shaped guide rail, and the unit plates of the unit structures are continuously arranged in the length direction of the arc-shaped guide rail; first driving rods are hinged to the two opposite sides of the unit plates correspondingly, the middles of the first driving rods movably penetrate through the strip-shaped holes, the upper ends of the first driving rods are hinged to the box top of the mold box, and the two ends of the second driving rods are hinged to the first driving rods on one sides of the unit plates and the box top correspondingly. The problems that vibration is difficult and concrete aggregate is precipitated and layered when a large-volume pitched roof is constructed through a double-face formwork are solved.
