The invention relates to an embedded steel plate mounting device and a mounting method. The device comprises a template, a first fastener, a fastening mechanism, an adjusting mechanism and a second fastener, according to the method, the first fasteners can be installed through the first sliding grooves in the formwork, the steel plate can be limited to be fixed to the formwork through cooperation of the two first fasteners, and the adjusting mechanisms installed on the second sliding grooves adjust the position of the formwork and are connected with the scaffold to fix the formwork; after the pre-embedded steel plate is aligned with the elevation position, concrete can be poured; if the position of the embedded steel plate changes in the pouring process, the fastening mechanism is matched with the first fastener and the adjusting mechanism to adjust the position of the embedded steel plate, so that the mounting elevation and the position precision of the embedded steel plate can be effectively guaranteed; after construction is completed, the formwork can be taken down to be reused by loosening the fastening mechanism and the adjusting mechanism, the first fastener which is mixed into concrete like an embedded steel plate only needs to be polished to be flat, the installation and construction process is simple, and assembly and disassembly are convenient.
本发明涉及一种预埋钢板安装装置及安装方法,装置包括模板、第一扣件、紧固机构、调整机构和第二扣件;方法利用模板上的第一滑槽能够安装第一扣件,通过两个第一扣件的配合能够限制钢板的固定在模板上,第二滑槽上安装的调整机构调整模板的位置并通过和脚手架连接固定模板;在完成了预埋钢板与标高位置对准之后,可以进行浇筑混凝土;如果浇筑过程中预埋钢板位置发生变化,通过紧固机构配合第一扣件和调整机构来调整预埋钢板的位置,使预埋钢板的安装标高及位置精度能有效得到保障;在施工完成后,松开紧固机构和调整机构即可取下模板重复利用,而与预埋钢板一样混入混凝土的第一扣件只需要打磨平整即可,安装施工工艺简单,装拆方便。
