The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a cold-bonding artificial aggregate by using waste incineration bottom ash as a raw material, carrying out dry mixing on the cold-bonding artificial aggregate and cement in a disc granulator, spraying water and a water reducing agent on the surface, stirring to obtain an admixture, molding, and carrying out water bath maintenance and carbonization maintenance to obtain the artificial aggregate vegetation concrete. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the plant-growing concrete which is more suitable for the cold-bonding artificial aggregate is prepared by taking the cold-bonding artificial aggregate as a raw material by utilizing the disc granulator, so that the problem of bottom slurry deposition caused by the shape problem of the artificial aggregate is effectively improved, and cement slurry and the cold-bonding artificial aggregate are more tightly combined; the communication void ratio of the plant-growing concrete is ensured, and the plant compatibility of the artificial aggregate plant-growing concrete is improved, so that the application feasibility of the artificial aggregate in the plant-growing concrete is improved.
