Vegetation concrete using cold bonding artificial aggregate as nutrient substance carrier and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses plant-growing concrete using cold-bonded artificial aggregate as a nutrient carrier and a preparation method of the plant-growing concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the cold-bonded artificial aggregate by using waste incineration bottom ash as a raw material; mixing a nutrient substance with the cold bonding artificial aggregate to prepare the cold bonding artificial aggregate containing the nutrient substance; carrying out dry mixing on the cold bonding artificial aggregate containing the nutrient substances and cement in a disc granulator to obtain a mixture; spraying water and a water reducing agent on the surface of the mixture, and stirring to obtain an admixture; and filling the admixture into a mold for molding, and performing standard curing to obtain the plant-growing concrete. The plant-growing concrete prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention can reasonably utilize the artificial aggregate as a nutrient substance carrier in the plant-growing concrete to achieve the purpose of controlling slow release of the fertilizer, and provides new advantages for wide application of the artificial aggregate and popularization of the plant-growing concrete.
本发明公开了一种利用冷粘结人造骨料作为营养物质载体的植生混凝土及其制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:以垃圾焚烧底灰为原料制备冷粘结人造骨料;将营养物质与所述冷粘结人造骨料混合,制备含有营养物质的冷粘结人造骨料;将所述含有营养物质的冷粘结人造骨料与水泥在圆盘造粒机中进行干混,得到混合料;将水和减水剂喷洒在所述混合料的表面,进行搅拌,得到掺合料;将所述掺合料装入模具成型,进行标准养护,得到所述植生混凝土。通过本发明制备方法制得的植生混凝土可以合理利用人造骨料作为植生混凝土中营养物质载体达到控制肥料缓慢释放的目的,为人造骨料的广泛应用和植生混凝土的推广提供了新的优势。
